Recently Blake and I have been drinking these protein shakes for breakfast and they’re amazing. Cold, creamy, decadent, nutritious. And the best part is they fill you up for hours. The most important ingredient is the protein powder used and this is the one I recommend. Made from grass-fed beef collagen and also packed with amino acids and prebiotics, this protein powder is an 11/10. It also tastes like chocolate milk even though it’s completely sugar and dairy-free. Satisfies my sweet tooth and pumps me up with protein. What could be better?
