This breaded chicken is simple, yet so delicious! It goes with many recipes or by itself with a side. I highly recommend it! You can use gluten free flour or almond flour, both taste great!

Ingredients
- Gluten free breadcrumbs (or almond flour)
- 2 eggs
- Gluten free flour
- Olive oil
- 1-2 Lbs chicken breast
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Place GF flour on small plate, whisk two eggs and place in small bowl, place gluten free breadcrumbs (or almond flour) with onion powder and garlic powder on a plate. Fill skillet with layer of olive oil.
- Dry chicken breast and season with salt and pepper. Cover with gluten free flour and dip in egg until fully covered (let excess drip off). Immediately place on plate of breadcrumbs and cover fully.
- Place breaded chicken in hot skillet of olive oil and cook for 3-5 minutes then flip. Make sure internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Repeat for all chicken breast, making sure not to burn the oil.
