I love making a good Greek chicken and pairing it with some fresh sides and dip!

Ingredients
- 1-2 lbs Chicken breast (cubed)
- Half an onion (cut up)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 cup italian dressing
- 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp fresh dill (minced)
- Olive oil
- Salt
Instructions
- Cut up chicken into cubes. Set in bowl with Italian dressing, fresh dill, mined garlic, Italian seasoning and salt (you can also use an oil and vinegar dressing, that is what I used). Mix well and let it marinate 30 min-overnight.
- Heat up drizzle of olive oil in pan and heat. Add cut up onion to pan and cool until tender.
- Once onion is tender, add marinated chicken (with all the juices) and cook until chicken reaches 165 F.
- Serve with rice, quinoa, cous cous, fresh veggies..
