Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients
- 2-3 Lbs Brussel sprouts
- Olive oil
- Salt
Instructions
- Cut off base of brussel sprouts then cut into halves or fourths, depending on size.
- Place in bowl and drizzle in olive oil until completely covered, add sea salt.
- Place on baking sheet and cook in oven at 425 for 25 minutes (or until the big pieces are tender with some char.
